Happy Hump Day! You have officially made it half way through your week and if you are Canadian you are probably especially excited because we get a long weekend coming up! (at least most Canadian’s do I don’t want to discredit those of you who will be working) We have been having the most crazy weather! One day it is super hot the next day its cool! It makes getting dressed in the morning difficult but it also helps you appreciate the warm weather when it is here. I heard people complaining on the hot days we had and I thought to myself how quickly we forget how cold and long the winter was! This summer girl was definitely enjoying it as were my babies! The outdoors is were they love to be!

I hope you enjoyed peaking into my daughters old bedroom and to be fair I thought I would share my sons old room as well. You will noticed I once again stuck to a neutral pallet. I am a sucker for those light and airy looks and it makes decorating in my opinion a blank canvas to accent with fun pieces. I decided,  due to the fact my sons room had a large window seat, to but his crib in the centre of the room which I ended up loving. His star decals came from Urban Walls and I loved them so much I even ordered more for his new room. Danielle’s work is awesome so if you are looking for a great easy way to decorate your walls check out her site. My son has a hat collection much like his sister does with hair bands so the window seat became a great spot to house them for the time being. His bedding came from Restoration Hardware as well. I just love everything Restoration Hardware comes out with. It is very complimentary to my decor style.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I will be sure to post updated photos of his new room once it is all put together! He is still in a crib and so his room will be different even though the furniture pieces are the same. I love that with furniture just changing the location and position of the pieces you can create a different and new feel. Thanks for stopping bye and enjoy your day!
